Such professionals help clients select and design custom home fashions such as bedding, baby bedding, custom window treatments, custom upholstery, slipcovers, home accessories such as throws, custom throw pillows, and more.
The Home Fashions Design Certification Program covers a broad focus in a variety of soft home furnishings and decorating disciplines and topics, and results in a Home Fashions Design Certificate. Those who complete the program are also eligible for membership into the Decorators' Alliance of North America.
The Home Fashions Design Certification Program learning modules focus on educational outcomes so that learners gain the professional skills needed to serve clients. The On-Site Home Fashions Design Certification Program is offered as a weekday session or a weekend session in College Station, TX. (and some other cities) with hands-on, interactive, classroom learning.
We offer a 2-day program that meets all day Thursday and Friday, and a 5-evening program that meets on Monday though Friday evenings beginning at 6 p.m.
Each Home Fashions Design Certification Program combines interactive classroom time with home study, and involves18 lessons. The program features the personal mentorship and guidance of a Professional Home Fashions Designer. Additional and optional specialty seminars will also be offered.
