Margarett DeGange, M.Ed. is an Adult Learning and Motivation Specialist and Professional Skills Consultant .
 
As a nationally respected business coach and speaker, she has been involved in many professional organizations to aid in the education and betterment of the Interior Fashions and Interior Decorating Industries.

Margarett has served as the National Director of  Training for the Window Coverings University and National Vice-President of the Window Coverings Association of America and is currently the Executive Director of the Decorators' Alliance of North America. She also serves on the Advisory Board of We Make Color Easy ---the Dewey Color System. She is a Certified Human Behavior Coach through the Leadership Institute of America and holds many certifications in design and decorating as well.

Her designs and articles have been featured in many national publications, including Window Fashions Magazine, Out Here Magazine, Sew What Magazine,  Furniture World Magazine, Fine Furnishings International, Dream Windows, and many others.  

Margarett holds many national and international seminars for new as well as seasoned professionals on topics related to motivation, marketing, sales, design, color, personality, and business and personal development .

She is the founder and President of The DeGangi Group, which includes The DeGangi School of Interior Decoration, Decorating for Profits, D.E.C.-Design Education Curriculum, Mind Your Own Digital Business, and Communicate 2 Connect Seminars. She is also the founder of  Women of Splendor, a personal growth and mentoring organization for women.

Margarett DeGange earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees from Texas A&M University with focuses in Leadership, Communication,  Adult Learning,  Instructional Design, and Business.  She also holds a degree in Speech Communications.
