Our on-site, hands-on, interactive Interior Decorating Certification Program is open to participants 18 years of age and older. The program is designed for those seeking a certificate as an Interior Decorator.
Those who complete both the 3 and 5 day onsite Interior Decorating Certificate Programs will be eligible for a FREE one year membership (a $25 registration fee applies) in the professional decorating organization, The Decorators' Alliance of North America (DANA).
The 5-day Interior Decorating Program includes a FREE one year DANA membership (a $25 registration fee applies) plus preparation and the exam for the DANA Certified Professional Decorator national designation.
Upon completion of our onsite program, graduates will have learned the skills necessary to enter the professions of Interior Decorating.
Our Interior Decorating Certification Program
is designed for those seeking certification as an Interior Decorator.
The DeGangi Interior Decorating Certification Program covers a broad focus in a variety of interior decorating disciplines and topics, and results in an Interior Decorating Certificate. Those who complete the program receive a one year membership into the Decorators' Alliance of North America.
The Interior Decorating Certification Program learning modules focus on educational outcomes so that learners gain the professional skills needed to serve clients. The On-Site Interior Decorating Certification Program is offered as a 3 day session, or a 5 day session that includes more thorough business development and marketing modules. Classes meet in College Station, TX. and Pittsburgh PA., (and some other cities) with hands-on, interactive, classroom learning.
Each Interior Decorating Certification Program consists of interactive classroom time plus home study, and involves up to 24 lessons. The program features the personal mentorship and guidance of a Professional Interior Decorator.

- professional titles,
- space planning and furniture arrangement,
- fabrics and trims,
- window treatments,
- soft home furnishings,

- niche markets and their significance (touches on the many design niche opportunities in the marketplace such as home organization, Feng Shui and Vastu, Certified Interior Environment Coaching, Families with Children, and many more),

Most classes that meet in College Station, TX. are held at the College Station Conference Center. Some College Station and other Texas classes meet in area hotels. Pittsburgh classes meet in various locations.

A credit that can be used for any of the DeGangi classes or DeGangi products will be issued if you cancel a class after registration but before the class begins. No credits will be issued for cancellation notices given to us after a class has begun or after a class has transpired.
No refunds on digital products. A credit may be issued for digital products within 14 days of purchase. This credit may be used for digital products, online courses and programs, or for onsite courses and programs.
